About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business intelligence and analytics initiatives, providing strategic insights, and contributing to the overall success of Insightogram. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and present data-driven insights that support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Interpret and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation.
3. Business Intelligence and Reporting:
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Utilize BI tools and technologies to create actionable insights.
4. Project Management:
• Lead and participate in projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align business objectives with technology solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
6. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to existing business processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
